Each of our production facilities operates in perfect sync and includes dedicated areas for Die Storage, Wax Preparation, Press Assembly, Coating, Drying, Melting, Knock Out, Fettling, Machining & Dispatch. We also have a full-fledged Laboratory for chemical, mechanical and physical testing of all our materials and products and the latest ERP systems that increase our response time in all our processes. Besides having a strong infrastructure, we have diligently worked to receive certifications like ISO 9001:2015, PED2014/68/EU & AD 2000 Merkblatt WO & IBR by TUV Nord.
